It is understandable that those who Speak Up are sometimes worried about possible repercussions. We encourage openness and will support those who raise concerns, even if they turn out to be mistaken.

We will not tolerate any detrimental treatment or the threat of detrimental treatment against someone speaking up. If you believe that you have suffered any such treatment as a result of having reported a concern under this policy, please report your concerns via the Speak Up hotline. We also welcome any concerns raised by our external stakeholders. If you have something to report you can do so via the hotline.

Call hotline

The Speak Up! hotline is managed by an independent third party and accessible either via phone or via the internet.

When using the Speak Up! hotline, you can raise a concern anonymously. All concerns raised will be dealt with promptly and consistently

Reporting Guidelines

In order to ensure efficient and timely investigations of the reported incident, please include as much information as possible with your report and if possible the following information:

  • Who did or saw something?
  • What happened?
  • When did it occur?
  • Where did it occur?
  • Why did it happen?
  • How did it happen?

The description of the incident should be precise and straightforward as possible.

The report can be made anonymously. The submitted incident reports are handled confidentially and in a way which avoids any retaliation towards the reporting person.
