Takeuchi Risa

Prior to joining Real Staffing in 2017, Risa has worked as a clinical research coordinator (CRC) which sparked her passion for healthcare. This made her move into recruitment so that she could continue to support those who contribute to this industry. Risa currently specialises within Sales, Engineering and Application Specialist positions for the Medical Devices industry. She is known to support her candidates in preparing for interviews, negotiating of salaries, discussing their career needs or simply providing advice. Lee Liane

Liane spent the first 8 years of her career as a Spanish and English teacher in Spain, Japan, and the Philippines due to her love for languages and cultures. With her natural talent for seeing potential and connecting with people from all walks of life, Liane is a friendly and approachable career consultant – not only to the 2000 or so students she has taught but also to bilingual professionals in the medical device industry.

Handling a broad range of Marketing and other Commercial roles, she will readily investigate potential positions for you and openly share advice and market information in order to help you take the next step in your career. Paul Bridenbaugh

Paul began his recruitment career in Japan after a successful medical device career in the US.  Since that time he has developed in to a close partner with the Life Science space working with clients that focus on unique spaces such as rare disease treatments with regenerative medicines, gene therapies, small molecules and more. His goal is to assist in the future development of individualised treatments for individual patients. Through this he is focused on connecting the right talent and passion of those that are interested in developing cutting edge technology and challenging the future of the Healthcare Industry.

One such area that Paul has identified as important to make this happen is Regulatory Affairs and Quality Assurance. In order for companies to realize their dream of developing a treatment for what was once thought uncurable is to seek approval through PMDA negotiations and finding the right path forward through a diverse set of regulations. By continuing to invest in this market and having a deep understanding of the industry, Paul aims to develop diverse network of individuals who are skilled in such areas. Thus, becoming a true business partner to the future of Healthcare and the Life Sciences.

Song Peiran

Peiran specialises in QARA opportunities as part of the Medical Device team at Real Life Sciences. Having experience with retail sales at his first job, he is confident that he understands the candidates’ and clients’ needs. Now he is passionate about helping experts in technical fields find the right opportunity for the next stage of their career using his connections and knowledge on the market.
