Job Description:

As a Senior QA Engineer for the new filling line, you will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring the quality and compliance of all relevant regulations and guidelines during the operational phases of the filling line. You will play a crucial role in maintaining the quality standards and ensuring the line operates within all regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and ensure quality assurance activities for the new filling line.
• Develop and implement QA processes and procedures specific to the filling line.
• Ensure compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and other relevant regulations.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to guarantee the quality and compliance of the filling line.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including production, engineering, and validation, to ensure ongoing compliance and quality.
• Prepare and review documentation, including quality reports, and SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).
• Support internal and external audits related to the filling line.
• Train and guide personnel on QA procedures and best practices in an aseptic environment.

Profile:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Biotechnology, Pharmacy, Chemistry).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a QA Engineer, preferably in a pharmaceutical or biotechnology environment.
• Experience with filling lines and working in an aseptic environment is required.
• Thorough knowledge of GMP and other relevant regulations.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively collaborate with various teams.
• Proactive attitude and problem-solving abilities.
• Fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
• Open to both full-time consultants and freelancers.
