Job Title: HR Project Manager
Duration: 9 months, 20 hours per week
Location: Zoetermeer, Netherlands (On-site: Preferably Mon/Tue/Thu)
Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive HR Project Manager to join our clients team in Zoetermeer. This role focuses on the deployment plan for reskilling impacted employees due to restructuring within the Supply Chain (planning). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR, with experience in career coaching and recruitment conversations. You will be instrumental in helping employees transition to new roles through various internal assignments and projects designed to support their upskilling journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reskilling Deployment Plan:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive deployment plan for reskilling employees impacted by restructuring within the Supply Chain.
- Internal Assignments and Projects:
- Identify and allocate internal assignments and projects that facilitate the upskilling of impacted employees.
- Networking and Meetings:
- Organize and brainstorm networking opportunities and meetings for individuals in impacted roles to connect with key stakeholders and potential career paths.
- Career Coaching:
- Conduct career coaching conversations with impacted employees, providing guidance and support for their career transitions.
- Follow up on supportive actions and track progress to ensure successful transitions.
- Collaboration with HR and Talent Teams:
- Work closely with the HR and talent teams to align the overall development and learning journey with organizational goals.
- Ensure seamless integration of reskilling initiatives with broader HR strategies and objectives.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 2-3 years of experience in HR, including conducting career coaching and recruitment conversations.
- Skills:
- Proactive and self-motivated.
- Strong networking abilities; able to connect easily with people.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Location: Willingness to work on-site in Zoetermeer for close proximity, particularly on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays.
