QC Lab Technician - Analytical Group

One of our clients, a pioneering biopharmaceutical company committed to developing innovative therapies for life-threatening diseases, is looking for 2 QC Lab Technicians - Analytical Specialist. The office is located near Amsterdam, and fulltime on-site presence is required. The role is contract-based for initially 12 months, starting November 1st (ASAP).

QC Lab Technician - Analytical Specialist

The QC Analytical Specialist will be responsible for providing support to the QC analytical group by analyzing various samples (raw material and final product samples). This role requires a high level of proficiency and ownership of the process, with a high skill level of aseptic techniques.

Key responsibilities include:

• Perform testing of raw material and final product samples.
• Review test results.
• Participate in routine maintenance of lab equipment and lab spaces.
• Participate in waste management and perform other duties as required.

• Hours: 40 hours per week
• Location: Hoofddorp, Amsterdam Area
• Duration: 1 Year contract

Minimum Requirements:

• MBO/HBO degree in Analytical (Bio)Chemistry/ Molecular Biology or equivalent preferred with 1-3 years of QC experience in the Biotech and/or Pharmaceutical Industry.
• Proficiency in Molecular Biology, Analytical and/or Biochemical testing techniques required in determining the quality and efficacy of parenteral products, preferably with reference to cell therapy products (e.g., qPCR/ ddPCR/ western blotting).
• Working Knowledge of cGMP, GLPs, Pharmacopoeia, regulatory requirements for testing and validation pertaining to the Pharmaceutical Industry is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills are essential in this collaborative work environment.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced small company environment and able to adjust workload based upon changing priorities.
